Meet Norm Pullen

I began as an “HO” modeler during my early teens, with the building of several layouts, which continued into my late twenties. As the result of a major move, my layout had to be dismantled and sold. I was then consumed with family and business, still keeping a mild interest in railroading through magazines, etc.

Thirty some years later I discovered 2 Rail “O” scale and I soon had nothing on my mind except trains. Sound familiar? My problem was finding “O” scale material, kits track, etc. with no one having anything of any consequence.

I started traveling around 1994 buying up estates, dealer lots, and importer overflow, while starting a small list of extra items for sale. It wasn’t long before people were asking for particular items. In my work as a rare coin dealer and jewelry store owner, I was able to travel coast to coast, which enabled me to go to all the “O” scale shows, see other dealers, and become known.

Today, over 20 years later, I have a retail store which is 4800 square feet, two eBay stores and a new, larger website.
